Dues

At time of booking 50% of the rental fee is due.
The remainder plus the refundable security is payable 30 days prior to the stipulated commencement of your lease.

Cancellations

You may cancel anytime, yet rental fee deposits or balance payments once collected will not be refunded.

While our rates are non-refundable a convenient way to hedge against the risks of travel is a travel insurance.

Search for a suitable underwriter at www.travelinsurance.com or inquire with www.travelguard.com at your discretion.

Payment information

Payment by Zelle or ACH are our preferred methods of payment because it saves you and our business the transaction fees credit card companies collect. However, for your convenience, we offer the option to pay by credit card for a fixed fee.

Credit card

For your convenience we accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, UnionPay, and American Express. Please note that all credit card transactions incur a fee which we pass on. This fee also applies to refundable security deposits -- the collected surcharge, however, will be included in the refund.

Zelle

Zelle is already in over 2,000 banking apps. If you have a a business or personal checking or savings account there is a good chance your bank supports quick and convenient payment via Zelle. Note that your bank may impose a limit on daily, weekly, and monthly Zelle payments.

If your banking app does not yet include Zelle payments, you may opt to download the Zelle app for Android and iOS.

ACH withdrawal

If you have a business or personal checking or savings account you could have the due amount withdrawn via ACH ("ACH" = Automated Clearing House). Please provide your bank's routing number and your account number by way of our secure payment terminal. Please allow a few days for processing and be advised that insufficient funding of your bank account or erroneous banking information may incur a $10 ACH-penalty.

No surcharge applies when paid by ACH withdrawal.

Direct money (wire) transfer / SEPA

In the US a domestic wire transfer may be a feasible option; wire transfers cost around $20-$40 but no surcharge applies. The necessary banking information, that is routing and account number, and BIC/SWIFT-code if required, will be provided upon request.

Pricing varies for international wire transfers -- more details will be provided on request. Options like Wise may be expedient.

If you are located in the European Union or in a participating country like Great Britain, Switzerland, or Norway you may transfer money by SEPA-remittance ("SEPA" = Single Euro Payments Area) to our Euro-account in the Netherlands. SEPA-payment is at a low cost - usually around 0.10 to 3 Euro - the most convenient way to send money within Europe. For SEPA remittance we will provide you with IBAN and BIC on request. No surcharge applies when payments are remitted by way of SEPA money transfer.

Refunds

Deposits collected via credit card, Zelle, ACH, or SEPA will be refunded in the way the payment was submitted.

Security deposits that were part of a wire transfer will be refunded by check or Zelle.

Levied credit card surcharges will be refunded along with the principal amount.
