All homes presented on this site are located in south-west Florida at the Gulf Coast, in Charlotte County. A car ride of about 3 hours brings you to the big theme parks in Orlando or to Miami. You can be amidst the alligators of the Everglades in less than 2 hours. And in the immediate vicinity opportunities for sports, amusement, leisure, and pleasure are plenty. Besides, Charlotte County is a Golfer's Paradise.

Rental information

All stated rental fees

• include usage of water, sewage, electric, heating, air conditioning, internet
• do not include Florida sales tax and Charlotte County tourism tax, telephone and final cleaning - you're responsible for clean up before you depart.
• A surcharge may apply when payments are remitted by credit card. You may forego this convenience fee by paying by way of Zelle or ACH.

A one-time administrative fee, which covers costs of contract, hand-over, return handling and the like applies.

The weekly rental fee applies for a period of seven days from Saturday, 3pm to Saturday of the following week, 10am.

Monthly rental fees apply for periods from the first day of the month until and including the last day of the month.

Rental fee and deposit need to be paid before arrival. You may pay by direct money transfer or credit card. We refund to your credit card.
