- $840 per week, $720 from Saturday to Saturday

- A seasonal surcharge of 30% applies for leases in the period from Dec 15th to Mar 31st.
Fees include usage of water, sewage, electric, heating, air conditioning, internet. Florida sales tax and Charlotte County tourism tax apply.
TV, telephone & Internet
The home is equipped with a WLAN/WiFi internet access; additionally, the personal computer is connected to the internet.
There's no dedicated telephone land line. Please use your cell or phone via internet.
TV entertainment is digitally received by antenna; viewer may select out of a number of programs, including spanish programs, religious content and shopping channels. For more entertainment there is always netflix and the like.
